By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or submitting information, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

1. Overview and Hosting Platform

Our online store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to display and sell products and process transactions.

Placing an order on inuxus.com constitutes an offer to purchase products. Electronic receipts or order confirmations do not signify final order acceptance.

We reserve the right to decline or limit an order before fulfillment for reasons including inventory unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.

If an order is canceled after your payment method has been charged, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

5. Pricing, Payment Methods, and Data Security

All prices displayed on the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise. Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders, with no minimum purchase requirement. No standard shipping charge is added at checkout.

Transaction Security

We ship to addresses within the United States and offer free standard shipping on all orders, without a minimum purchase requirement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Universal Nexus LLC, InUxus, and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the item giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Force Majeure

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, transportation disruptions, supply chain delays, severe weather, governmental actions, or widespread utility or internet outages.

This provision does not remove any refund or other rights you have under applicable law.

These Terms and transactions made through the Site shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law, legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
